Professional Profile
I currently serve as the system administrator for a regional insurance carrier. I studied Management Information Systems at the University of Virginia's College at Wise. I bring a service-oriented mindset to IT operations, focusing on automation, security, and user enablement. I have experience developing and deploying custom business solutions using a varierty of tools and platforms, including Microsoft 365, Cloudflare, AWS, and various scripting languages. I value collaboration and continuous learning, always seeking to improve processes and deliver exceptional support to end-users.
